LaxReelTerms of Service

These terms cover your use of LaxReel: the apps for iPhone, Apple Watch, and Android, LaxReel Studio for Mac, and laxreel.com (together, "LaxReel"), made by Pace Apps ("we"). By using LaxReel you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
You need to be an adult to create an account. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Plans are for one family's own use; please don't share an account outside your household.
Free and paid features
Marking games on your phone and watch is free. Some LaxReel Studio features, such as exporting clips and reels, are paid: your first tournament is free, and after that you can buy a Tournament Pass or an annual plan. What each option includes and its price are shown before you buy.
- Tournament Pass: a credit used when you first export from a tournament. It covers that tournament's games within the limits shown at purchase, and isn't returned if the tournament is later deleted. Unused passes can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
- Annual plan: renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. For refund questions, contact us.
Prices and features may change; changes to a paid plan apply from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before they do.
Your film and content
Your videos, clips, reels, and marks are yours. LaxReel only works with film you choose to open on your own devices. You're responsible for having the right to use that film, including following the terms of the tournament or video company you got it from, and for what you share.
Acceptable use
Don't use LaxReel to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, or try to access other people's accounts or data.
Our software
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use LaxReel under these terms. LaxReel's software, design, and name belong to Pace Apps. App store purchases and downloads are also subject to the rules of Apple and Google.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LaxReel running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Marks and games stay on your devices even when the service is unavailable. We may update LaxReel and these terms; we'll post changes here with a new effective date, and continuing to use LaxReel means you accept them.
Disclaimers and limits
LaxReel is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to LaxReel is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Ending
You can stop using LaxReel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
